Provided by YP.comThey gave me a free exam and x-rays but they would not give me a printed shopping list either. However, they showed me on their computer camera and explained what I needed and I did write it down. When I went somewhere else to compare, it was exactly as they had told me it was, but Dr Reyes' prices were much more reasonable. His root canals were only 504, his crown was 495 everyone else wanted almost 1000 for the root canal alone, and I needed two of them so I went back and had it done at Dr Reyes' office. He was very gentle. They even gave me my money back for the x-rays when I came back to do the work because I did pay for them when I took them I did not think that was unfair since I was going somewhere else with them to compare. I do not believe in getting something for nothing. They did give me a printed list of what was done after everything was finished. I guess that is the way they prevent people from abusing of the system since they do give away a complete exam and complete x-rays and it is very thorough. I am very glad I went back.

Provided by YP.comBeware! Do not go to this dentist! He offers you a free exam/consultation/xrays but then refuses to give the patient a printed estimate of the work that needs to be done. I was told I needed $7000 for my dental work, but when I requested a printed estimate they would not give it to me. I have never heard of a dentist that doesn't give an estimate. This is very suspicious!!!
I asked why they would not give me an estimate, and I was told that they do not want patients shopping around for better prices. Although it was not my intention to shop around, $7000 is alot of money and a person would be smart to get a second opinion. If you were told you needed surgery and the doctor didn't give you some kind of paper documentation of what needs to be done, you'd be suspicious. If a mechanic said you needed $7000 worth of repairs but would not tell you exactly what they were, you'd be suspicious. You'd be suspicious and want a second opinion.
I requested my x-rays so I could go get a second opinion, and I was told they would charge me over $100 for my "free" x-rays. False advertising! A small fee for the copies is understandable, but this price is ridiculous.
You have been warned.
