Dr. Austin came highly recommended. He and his staff have met and/or exceeded all of my expectations. When I remind my draughter that she has an appointment I never hear the dreaded, "aha." I owe that to the personable staff. I would recommend Dr. Austin to my friends, in fact I already have.

Dr. Paul Austin provided orthodontic braces for our son over a two year nine month period. We are absolutely thrilled with the process and outcome! Medically, Dr. Austin & his staff are absolutely professional and meticulous in every aspect of patient care. Costs are clealy explained upfront and the office handles insurance paperwork. The charming surfing theme of the office is a genuine reflection of Dr. Austin's interests, adding a cool factor that makes the whole experience more fun. The staff is exceptionally kind, patient, and welcoming. Our son's resulting smile is as bright as a sunny day at the beach! We highly recommend Dr. Paul Austin & his excellent team.

I really enjoyed my experience. Everybody is so kind and very cautious about hurting you. Every time I come I get a nice greeting and never have to wait.

I am a year out of treatment now and I couldn't be happier with the results. I started with a terrible overbite, receding chin, and flared teeth on my upper and lower jaw. I was in braces before but it didn't leave me happy with my profile. I came to Dr. Austin to prepare to have jaw surgery that would advance my lower jaw and create a profile. From the start, Dr Austin gave me a firm schedule and a deadline for my surgery. While I had to be in braces for a year, Dr Austin kept to his word and made sure my teeth were ready for surgery so that I could have the best possible result. Dr. Austin is clear and very straight forward, there was never a time when I didn't know how I was progressing or what I needed to do to keep progressing on schedule. Dr. Austin provides the best care and takes the timeso that every patient gets the best possible result out of their experience. Today, I couldn't be happier with the way my teeth and jaw look. My new found love for my chin and jaw are because of the time and attention that Dr. Austin put into my case.

We were referred to Dr. Austin by the children's dentist, Dr. Hila Robbins. Having read his bio and education, I knew we were in good hands. He started seeing my son when he was 2 1/2 years old. Cooper was born with a cleft palate and needed to be followed for possible orthodontistry. Dr. Austin followed up with Cooper every 6 months, at no cost to us, observing how his teeth were growing in, etc. At 8 years old, Cooper needed an expander. Dr. Austin and his office staff made him feel at ease and Cooper enjoys coming to the office every week for two turns of his expander. His sister, Taylor, is two years older and has been seeing Dr. Austin for the same amount of time. She responded so well to her expander, she has been able to avoid braces. The office is fun for the kids to visit. It has a surfing theme, gorgeous views of Santa Monica, and great movies on flat screen TV"s to watch. We feel so lucky to have his expert opinion as we trust him unquestionably. We have referred several friends to him and they are equally happy.

Dr. Austin and his staff are a delight. Always friendly, always running on time, and they do a beautiful job straightening teeth!
