I would like to register a complaint with you about service I received on Sat. 31 Oct. from your company. I was quoted an estimate for front and rear brakes on a 2005 Hyundi Sonata. I thought that was a fair price. Later I received a phone call stating that front and rear pads should be replaced and I agreed. Several minutes later I was called again informing me that all rotors needed replacement as turning would not be sufficient. I agreed to just have the front brakes worked on and would have the rears done at a later date. I was quoted a price of $80 apiece for the front rotors. What could I do but accept the offer. when I went to pick up the car I was HIT with a bill for $417.00 for just the front brakes. I really feel like a SUCKER and will not take my autos to SM TIRE anywhere. In fact I will post negative comments about this treatment any chance I get.
