Mark and his apprentice Sean did an outstanding job with the installation of water conditioner and water heater. They arrived on-time, kept me informed of their progress and completed the installation very efficiently. GREAT JOB!!

Griffin technicians are the best! They do the job right and provide awesome customer service. We have been using them for years and appreciate how quickly they are able to come out and how well they take care of us. Mark has been our tech several times. My wife and I was visiting her parents house in Santa Maria because of the death of her mother. On Friday we noticed the commode was not flushing right and we were expecting family to visit that weekend. James from Griffin Plumbing was called and he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in about an hour. When it rains it pours for us. The next day, Saturday, when we went to take our showers. You guessed it, no hot water. James appeared and diagnosed the problem as being a 30 year old hot water heater. He had a new hot water heater installed in a couple of hours. James was very courteous A++
