We have been satisfied Abbey Carpet & Floor customers for many years. So when we decided to carpet our music room we did not hesitate to make the trip down to the Abbey Carpet & Floor show room in Santa Maria. Sales representative, Geraldine (Geri) Tow cheerfully helped us select possible options and patiently answered our many questions – no pressure. We made a selection and purchase on our second trip, and the installation went without a hitch. However, over the next several months we noticed tufts of carpet coming out of the carpet after vacuuming. We showed Geri and Abbey Carpet & Floor owner Phil Ferdolage, who immediately recognized the problem. Phil made the decision on the spot to make full replacement at no additional cost to us. We ordered the Infinity brand of carpet and could not be more pleased. The high quality and beauty of the carpet is just outstanding. We are so pleased and happy with our new carpet and wish to thank business owner Phil Ferdolage and his staff for making us feel most comfortable throughout the process and that our satisfaction was a priority. We want to let people know how kind and professionally we were treated and that we highly recommend Abbey Carpet & Floor’s customer-friendly dedicated team for any flooring needs.
