DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!! After sitting through a sales pitch from a salesman who doesn't know his product, he refused to leave the written estimate and wrote the price of only one carpet we were interested in on the back of his business card. The price was over double what we paid less than (7) years ago and was an inferior product and this was supposed to be during their 60% discount promotion. On top of that, I called to talk to a person of authority, they gave me a reference # and told me I would get a call back, I never received a call. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. THEY HAVE A $750 MINIMUM CHARGE FOR WORK AT YOUR HOME, BE AWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!

Brace yourself for a big sales pitch if you call for a free home estimate. I needed to replace carpeting in one room of my house. The salesman informed my that he would only provide a written estimate if I gave a deposit of $50. Fine, but after listening to comments like "I hate it when people think they are carpet experts.." and "poor -----, can't decide" I did not want to give this company my business. I informed the salesman that I would think about it, and he became irritated (to put it politely) and left in a huff without so much as a goodbye.

I had to give this business one star becuase the computer would not let me write this review and give it ZERO starts, This company deserves a rating of NO STARS.. They were THAT bad. We hired them to put in hardwood in our bedroom. Were NOT told correct information from the sales man, the installers, district and reginional directors. I am still in the process of fighting with this company. A quote from the district level manager "We are in the business of making money" We ended up firing them and found another, more usefun, honest floor company to do our floors. Please safe yourself TONS of stress and pain, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
