The owner and operator is very dishonest. He doesn't give details of the job at the time of the quote. After the job is done, he will say that the quote was not for the job to be done properly, that would cost more. The quality of the work is very poor. For example, parts of a car painted by him did not match the car, and a part that needed to be replaced was glued back on instead of using a new part.

He is not knowledgeable about car repair, for example, he had my car all day and couldn't figure out that a fuse had blown preventing the car from starting. My car had to be towed from his shop to the dealership to change a fuse.
