Members/employees of this company have complaints filed against them with the NM Environmental Department and are now working with the latest iteration of the JC name. Please do your research, call the Environmental Department, check on line with NM Courts and see the cases filed against Pat Dominquez and various companies they have been associated with. Please do not go near this company or any of it's other company's sharing the same address or family name Van Damme. They will take your money and don't be surprised if they do not complete the job as agreed. They are not to be trusted in any way shape or form. Do not trust the one lone review of quality posted here. Check all other review sites before proceeding!!

After the first septic guy we called (different company) was a no show- no phone call, we called JC in spite of the negative reviews - we needed help and they agreed to come.

The guy did show up, looked and then left! Said he would return with other equipment- and then stopped taking our calls!

Now we are snowed in without plumbing.

If you need reliable service, don't count on JC.

Jesus Christ, (JC) all we needed was the septic pumped!! LOL!

It is more likely that Jesus would show up than JC Plumbing.:)

the worst. they did an inspection before I bought my house, passed the system's tank as ok when in fact it had a cracked lid and the tank itself was pushed down on one side. I am now selling my house and have to replace this tank that was supposed to be ok according to their report.

Not knowing how bad they were I called them to pump that same tank. When they came, they said nothing about the cracked lid. They pumped only one side of the tank, not bothering to expose the lid of the other side which turned out to be also cracked.

The worst company.

JC septic is one of the worst corrupt companies you can imagine. They first come as if they are professionals and then they never finish the work they started and leave you hanging and having to put more expense to hire someone to finish their job.

I hired JC Pumping to put in a septic system and to certify others as well. He started out slow but when he got going it looked good. Then the lies started and he never finished. He promised he would if I would go ahead and finish paying him. I held a little back but not enough. He only did half the work and will not even return calls after telling me he would finish over and over again. I intend to report him to the construction industries in Santa Fe. Please do yourself a favor and HIRE SOMEONE ELSE>>>>>

Months of Nightmares Continued

I pulled the blog below because JC Septic contacted me and said they would make everything right. Sadly it was more of the same!!! Ending with the promised and paid for $500 Pressurized Pump for my cistern (which was discussed and decided that 2 smaller Pressurized Pumps would be better). I looked up the pumps when they arrived only to find that they were $60 (retail price, not his cost) and designed to pump out a flooded basement! When I called him about this he argued, informed me that "I was wasting his time!" and He then hung up on me. There is so much more but that is the gist. He was paid in full 5 months ago and should have completed the work way before the end of July!!! Empty Promises and pure frustration!!!



June: JC Septic... They came highly recommended but believe me when I say... THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST!!! They start out all energetic and peppy and leave you frustrated and hanging! Fair WARNING If you choose them!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME UP FRONT!!! NOT EVEN A DEPOSIT!!! They promise much and then do just enough to suit "them" and then??? It's just one sad excuse after another! They say they will show and never turn up or show up for an hour and then leave for parts and never return. I had 4 phone numbers and an email for them. They will not email you back and will not answer ANY calls due to caller ID. I finally had other people call from different numbers just before and after me and they would answer those calls but not mine! Finally they called me back after the other people I had calling them told them they better call me, that I knew what they were doing. However it was one of their workers who called me on a speaker phone and he told me they were in a "meeting" and so I could not speak directly with them. SUCH COWARDS!!! 6 weeks I have been trying to get them out to finish up. More empty promises!!! They do not care and they lie so much they can't keep track of their own lies. I have had to rearrange all my crew and my other subcontractors several times because they promise to be there and then never showed. Even after I sent them an email informing them I would file a complaint with CID if they did not meet the deadline. Needless to say... they did not!!! My recommendation... If you don't want a major headache and don't want to be ripped off.... GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!! I certainly intend to...
