Thank you, Braemarr and especially, Roger, the Manager who truly cares and I believe he felt genuine empathy for our loss, as he is a fellow animal lover. I nicknamed him "El Buen Pastor" for the great care and professional service he rendered. He helped me through the worst loss I've experienced and made it a peaceful, respectful
