stove or microwave. When They were fabulous. I called bob and Charlie's because my stove and microwave stopped working in the middle of my dinner preparation. I had no way to make my dinner. When they called me back the first thing he said was had I checked the breaker box? He walked me through how to do that and it was the breaker! I flipped the switch and the stove and microwave came immediately back on, they saved me a service call. Wonderful

They were absolutely fabulous. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. My situation was a bit tricky, and Jonathan the technician had to come out more than once, but the office and the tech were always super pleasant and patient, and I will definitely use them again. They also gave me some valuable advice about maintaining my various appliances which they didn't have to do and I really appreciate that they took the time to help me. Highly recommend!
