Steve is the kind of help we all want--knowledgeable, efficient, organized, able to communicate with his customers, and keeps you informed as to schedule. Steve has completed three separate jobs for me, and each time he is consistently on-time, friendly, helpful, and absolutely competent. We need clones of Steve for all the other tasks I don't know how to do!!

Steve helped me with a plumbing problem at a rental in Santa Fe. He analyzed the problem, proposed some options, researched feasibility of the options; provided an estimate, and installed a unit to resolve the problem. He was on time, customer-focused, professional and easy to work with. He took time to explain things in layman's terms. He even helped me with another repair job while he was at the condo. Steve came back when the unit stopped worked, again prepared with alternatives, and was gracious when the cause of the problem was that the unit had inadvertently been unplugged. He provided excellent service, and I recommend him without qualification.

Living out of town when our rental property had a plumbing problem I did not know who to call, after looking through the online reviews I chose Baseline Plumbing. I called Steve and after working with him over the phone, he contacted our tenant and made arrangements to fix the problem on our tenants schedule. He was very happy with Steve and Zach when they came to fix the problem. On time, professional, and great rates, will definitely use them again.

If you don't already have a plumber you love, choosing one at random can be a little like Russian roulette. You can forget all about that with Steve. He will start with the simple things and keep at it until your problem's solved. And it won't cost an arm and a leg. Call Steve and relax.

Being new to Santa Fe it is somewhat of a crap shoot when looking for contractors without having any prior experience so I relied on the YP ratings to steer me in the right direction and they were right on with Baseline Plumbing. I needed boiler service and Steve was on time, honest, and knowledgeable. Rates were clearly identified up front so there were no surprises. He pointed out other deficiencies and fixed them before they became a bigger issue. Will definitely use Baseline again.

We encountered a plumbing emergency over the Thanksgiving weekend. I called Baseline based on the reviews on this site. Steve was available to a perfect stranger on a Saturday afternoon, came when he said he would come, dealt with and resolved the problem in an hour for a very reasonable price, and was a very pleasant person with whom to deal. I would have no hesitancy whatsoever to recommend him highly to anyone with basic plumbing problems and certainly will contact him over the course of time if we have any more. High quality work, on time, for a fair price = someone worth dealing with.
