I had decided to leave my terrible experience with Action Glass and Mirror in the past, I figured it was just a horrific experience I wanted to forget and let go, but today after fours month my window broke. I made a total of five visits and spent over $400.00 in labor, which does not include the $85.00 I had to spend to take my vehicle to mechanic after their work was done. They treated me terribly, and made me feel like it was my fault they kept screwing up. Their workmanship was just as terrible; at one point I had to take my car back simply because I couldn't open my driver's door, they were fixing my window and didn't put the part that allows one to open the door in correctly, at another point they told me the work was done, yet the speaker was one bump away from falling off and I could put my entire hand between the door panel. I honestly could have dealt with all their messes had they not treated me so badly. I will never use their services again and I write this rant in an effort to warn potential customers, and to let Action Glass and Mirror know that they should pay the consequences of their terrible service and mean behavior.

Santa Fe is a tight nit community and people who live here rely heavily on word of mouth as a source of referral and support for local businesses. My experience with Action Glass and Mirror, and the refusal of the owners to take ownership or responsibility for the deplorable service I received is beneath contempt! I never received an apology or an explanation for why I paid $319.00 to have a cracked windshield replaced with another cracked windshield. The only response offered was “Well I wasn’t part of that conversation” NO you were not part of that conversation but YOU are the owner and should take part in your customers’ satisfaction. I had to wonder if the contradictory information and rudeness I received is due to incompetence or whether something more questionable is going on like defrauding their customers. I guess not everyone is as passionate about customer service as I am; I have never been treated so poorly by any locally owned business in Santa Fe. My advice to the next customer ….. RUN! Take your business elsewhere! My advice to Action Glass and Mirror….. Read “The Cult of the Customer” you might learn something.

First and last time I did business with this shop.

Asked for a repair job to replace glass in a window frame. Glass turned out to be cut way to short nor was the sealant between glass and frame applied properly. Owner refused to replace the glass that was cut too short with a proper size and claimed that's the way he does things. Neither did he replace the glass nor did he refund any money for job done highly unprofessional. Owner walked simply away while we talked to him.

Can't be a worse experience of doing business. Means, now we have to pay another company to cut some glass, the applied caulking has to be removed and re-applied. For a company that does mainly glass repairs the worst handling of a job we ever experienced.
