Working with Mold Inspection & Testing was a great decision. They were flexible, professional, and very knowledgable.

I figured they would just come in and take a few swabs and leave. This was not the case at all; this is a full blown mold inspection with air testing, sample testing, moisture reading, photos and a detailed report.

Unbelievable service, record keeping, and all around great company! Mold Inspection & Testing do it right.

I received the mold inspection report just a few hours after they completed the inspection, which included pictures showing items that need attention and repair.

The day I called, MI&T promptly came to asses the mold issue and gave me an honest and fair estimate.
