horribly rude. I was given a number told it would be 20 minutes. An hour later discovered that they were taking people with numbers after mine. When I asked about it, I was told to stop bothering them and sit down and she put my number on the bottom of the pile. No explanation or apology given. Needless to say, I left and will not return.
