Integrity Appliance lives up to their name. My refrig is in the process of dieing, we could tell by the noises it was making. Within 2 minutes, James knew exactly what the problem was: the circuit board is failing. The manufacturer no longer makes the part. The board has to be rebuilt when it fails. He expained that I will be refrig-less for about 2 weeks and to prepare for that. If I want to pursue this myself, he explained where to find the circuit-repair company on the web, what to expect, etc. Or, I can call him when I am ready and he will remove and ship the board for me. He was very direct and honest. I really appreciate all the information I got from him.

James came out today to do a warranty repair on my Whirlpool washer and I found that he was very professional and courteous. His efficiency is amazing, he had the repair completed in only a few minutes and tested it before he left. I will definitely call him for other repairs and recommend him to others.

I called Kitchenaid for repair...

I called Kitchenaid for repair on my oven and James from Integrity Appliance Repair came out on time on a very rainy night this week, took his shoes off at the door, layed protection on my kitchen floor, got right to work and found the problem. I had some questions on some of the features of the oven and he took his time and explained them to me and even gave me a few tips on roasting and baking. You got to love that, this guy can even cook!! Anyway, James is a good guy and knows his appliances well. I will use him again for sure.

James with Integrity came out ...

James with Integrity came out 5 weeks ago to resolve an issue with a burner on our induction stovetop. He was in quite a hurry and was here for 5 minutes. He didn't want to raise the stovetop to get model & serial numbers, but I had that in my records so provided those to him. He said he'd need to call GE, left a contact slip and left. After a month without hearing from him, I left a message for a status check. He didn't return that call, so I left a second message last week and, again, he didn't return the call. He answered the phone on Monday when I called and he said that he hadn't had a chance to call yet, but he would the following day since he was doing paperwork and would have time, and that he'd call with what he learned. He didn't call yesterday but he answered when I called this morning to see what's up. He said he didn't call yesterday because he was doing paperwork. I told him that was the reason he told me on Monday he WOULD be able to call since he didn't have appointments, just paperwork. He said he'd do it today and I told him to never mind...we're 5 weeks out from his initial brief visit and no closer to resolving the burner issue than we were.



This is warranty work and I called them to let them know I would like a different provider to resolve our problem since James seems to be too busy.



In reading reviews of Integrity, about 50% of his customers love him and about 50% have the same "wtf" experience that I have had. Better hope you fall into the first 50% if you chose to use this provider.

James is great. I called, he gave me a time frame and he came. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the part, fixed it and my dryer and I are very happy. I would gladly recommend James and Integrity to anyone asking.

James was very professional and fixed our range as a warranty repair. It took a while for the parts to come but that wasn't his fault. He came on a Saturday which suited our schedule and was on time - we appreciated that.

Excellent Service

James at Integrity Appliance Repair answered the phone right away and was appreciative of the opportunity to serve my needs. Based on the problem I described, he drop shipped the parts to my house. When they arrived, I called him back and made an appointment for installation. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. He made sure the new floor was not scratched. This guy was alright by me.

When I talked to this man, his name was James, he was extremely rude. I called to confirm an appointment and he gave me massive attitude. Then he never showed up for the appointment and never returned my calls. Another review mentions the same problem about not returning the calls.

Don't call this guy!

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY BUT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. WE HAVE USED INTEGRITY APPLIANCE COMPANY ON SHERMAN WAY IN RESEDA. WE BOUGHT A NEW REFRIGERATOR AND THE ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, AFTER TWO REPAIRMEN AND NUMEROUS RETURN VISITS, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. WE WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THE COMPANY IN RESEDA.

The technician forgot our appointment, and then only did a quick evaluation of our appliance after I had called him. He told us that he would call us back the following day after he ordered a replacement part. He never called us back even after daily calls and many messages. After a week from our initial appointment, I had to call another company because Integrity Appliance Repair would not return my calls. I wish the company would live up to its name, but it seems to have no integrity at all.
