Dr. Kleen and his assistant were both very helpful and friendly answering all the questions I had about my eyes health. Ive been a patient of Eye & Vision Care for many years now and will continue to do so.I always recommend it to my friends and family members.Excellent customers service provided, very easy to schedule an appointment.Thanks,Luiz

I am a contact wearer and I can't recommend them. I went in for a routine eye exam that they told me would be a $10 co-pay when I made the appointment. After the exam, the doctor altered my contact prescription and gave me a new pair to try out for four days. When I went to the front desk to check out, they charged me over $125 plus my $10 co-pay. When I told them I was surprised and had only expected to pay $10, they said the extra cost was because I HAD BEEN FITTED FOR CONTACTS. Since I came in wearing contacts, I didn't understand this charge. No explanation was given. When I got back to my office I told my boss what happened. He said he had gone to these people a few times but had the same experience. Felt they weren't trustworthy and did things a little dirty - in an unfair way. This has nothing to do with the quality of the Dr.s there, only their business practices. If you get an accurate est up front, you should be okay.
