My mom needed life insurance so we came to Jennifer because she we thought that she could help us and be helpful not knowing that she lie to us and did something horrible to my mom that can’t even believe it. I wanted to let everything know her true character and who she’s really is. I wanted to let Farmers Ins. Know what kind of things Jennifer Patchin is doing. She is not an honest person. We can to her cause she said that we can help us and do whatever she can to make thing happened and yes she did whatever she can and made it happened for her own benefits.



She signed my mom up for something that something that my mom didn’t even ask for. I know that Jennifer makes a large amount of commission for what she did. My mom never ask for the account that was signed up. When we received the paper works in the mail we tried to contact her and all she could said is that she can’t help us. She didn’t want to return our phone calls/ emails/voicemails. We tried and tried to contact her and ask her what happen. She started to yelled at us and being very rude. She is not a person that you would want to work with.



Honestly, if you want to buy any type of insurance. Do not go to this girl. She’s a theft, she lies, her character is not good and she’s not an honest person. She miss treating elder people. Lie to them especially for those that doesn’t even speak or read English. She will take advantage of those that can’t speak English. We trusted her and she did us wrong. I just wanted to let everyone know and think twice before you want this person to sign you up for any kind of insurance. Be aware and think twice.

I meet up with Jennifer and she signed me with car/life insurance.she gave me all the wrong information and told me not to worry about anything and that I can trust her. Once my life insurance came home i found out that i have signed up for something that i didnt asked for. Jennifer is a liar and a thief. She singed me up for a large amount of money and now i ended up having to pay a lot more on my life insurance. Honestly i would never use this person and i wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She comes a sweet person but she will do you wrong and she will miss informed you and do whatever she could for her own benefit
