This place was AWFUL. Where do I start? Took my sick little granny to this clinic after a friend I NOW wish I hadn't listened to told me that her mom goes there. Won't complain about waiting forever (that's everywhere) Sketchy "doctor" comes in .. is there a few minutes.. says she has a UTI after a short and often inaccurate test. (I later found out that she did not; took her somewhere else later) Didn't send or offer to send her sample for culture. He gives us an antibiotic that we later found out is NOT used to treat UTI's. He leaves. We ask to speak to him again and again to ask questions.. they REFUSE to let us see him again. A "nurse" comes in with a syringe already filled with an "antibiotic" (I have no idea WHAT was in the syringe... the doctor never told us anything about it.. they wouldn't let me see the bottle.. they wouldn't let me see the doctor again to ask..) I panic... don't know what to do. Didn't know whether to trust something that I KNEW wasn't right. Unfortunately, I chose to just put blind faith into something I didn't feel safe with and I now regret ever going there. This was supposed to be an inexpensive clinic. $25? With no additional costs? They charged us for BOTH "antibiotics" and then asked me to bring her back for another "shot" two days later.. when they charged me AGAIN. In the end I spent about $160 to waste our time and possibly make my grandmother even more sick than she already was. Later found out, there is no such thing as an antibiotic "shot" unless you're about to have surgery. Definately NOT for a UTI. Please don't EVER go here. This place preys on poor people who don't know any better.
