This facility is horrible. It's all fun and games for them and no one is helpful. They are extremely unprofessional and have inappropriate conversations in front of patience. They give false information because they won't take the time to even hear what you need. The Obama care specialist that is suppose to assist you with health care coverage does not know what she is doing and is unprofessional like the rest of them. A janitor during my visit walked in the main area and all the ladies behind the desk started making inappropriate jokes in Spanish and they all were laughing and joking around as people were waiting for them to call their names. After making an appointment for prenatal care they told me they won't see me for another month and half. I called a week before my appointment to ensure I would be able to attend the visit and the receptionist was huffing and puffing as I asked her questions and we can barely hear each other because their were people in the background laughing and joking around. She then told me my medicaid was in active the medicaid that I was told by the health care representative that it was effective immediately for 45days. I was then connected to her and she said she couldn't help. I'm 14 weeks pregnant and because of this facility I still have not been seen by a doctor. They give false information and are a horrible example of a clinic to help people in need.

This is now True Health... was hoping for positive changes.... didn't occur. Wait time with appointment still up to one hour. Price increases for same service. While less expensive than standard fees I no longer believe care is the same.

I agree with the other poster. Do not go to this health facility. I have only gone there because it is very close to my home. The doctors are fine, but trying to get past the "gatekeeper" receptionist is a nightmare. I had an 8:30 appointment the other day. I arrived at 8:20. I waited in line for 15 minutes to check in with the receptionist. When I got to her and gave her my info, she said, "No. You had an appointment at 8:15. It's gone. Next!" I asked her what she meant, my appointment was definitely at 8:30 and I had their confirmation call recorded on my machine. She repeated, "No. It was at 8:15. They gave your slot to someone else. You lost it. You can reschedule with her (and she pointed to another woman)." I stepped around the corner to the other woman. The next available appointment was a month away. This was the last chance I was giving this place after our last experience. My husband went in as a walk-in (it says, "Walk-Ins Welcome" on the door). The receptionist said they weren't taking walkins anymore that day and to come back the next morning. He did, and she then told him they weren't taking walkins until the afternoon and to come back later. He did, and she then told him there were no doctors to see him that day (??????) and to come back the next morning. He did (this was his fourth try), and she told him they weren't seeing walkins until the afternoon and to come back then. He gave up and had me change his primary on his insurance so he could go to a different doctor. I repeat: avoid this place like the plague. Although the doctors are competent, the receptionist and scheduling are a nightmare. Even with an appointment, expect to wait a couple hours.

Do not go to this health facility. I have gone 3 times and have not been seen for medical care yet. I spent 5 hours waiting to see a doctor and filling out paper work on my first visit and was told to come back the next day. When I returned the next day I spent 4 hour waiting to see a doctor and was turned away because I did not have 5 dollars. The third time I went to this facility I was referred by Central FL Hospital with a 48 hr contact referral after an er admit. I went to Central Fl Family Health on 415 brought the paper work from the Hospital was basically told to come back at this point I told the lady it was a referral from the hospital and by law they were required to see me . The woman at the front desk said she would fit me in and to sit in an assigned chair After 1 1/2 hrs of sitting in assigned chair and feeling dizzy I moved to a bench I could lay on toward the back. My daughter went to check on my registration and at this time 2 hrs I had been waiting they said it would be be just a minute and for me to come sit back up front 30 minutes later still not seen by anyone dizzy and feeling like id been hit by a car I laid on the floor so if I passed out I would not fall from the chair I was told I had to sit on . When I laid on the floor someone retrieved a nurse. at the time the nurse saw me they put me in a room checked my blood sugar 371 and left saying they had to decide if they were going to see me or refer me back to Hospital I never saw anyone again 1 hour later after laying in a cold room freezing for an hour + I walked out not being treated or even noticed by staff.
