Upon entering the car wash yesterday, as the girl was washing the back of my car with the brush, I could hear a loud BANG. Turns out, she hit my satellite antenna, breaking it. When I told the manager, Morgan, about it, she and the girl who actually broke it, said "It was loose going in." I said, no, there is absolutely no way it was loose. The car is 2yrs old and these things don't just come loose. It would appear, though, that the entire staff is TRAINED to respond this way when they damage a customer's property, as when Morgan called the owner, he apparently said the same thing - "It must have been loose when I got there." He wouldn't get on the phone with me, I was never given an apology of any kind, never offered a refund of my $40 for the wash and detail, and was generally treated like crap. They have damaged my property, neglected to take any kind of responsibility, and have lost a very good customer. More than that, they think this was over when I left. Trust me, it's not!
