What you expect from a great family-owned gym! Much bigger than it looks from the street and well outfitted. Owners and staff are friendly and helpful! Trainers are superb!

Customer Service is a Joke



I joined this gym and had a sudden job change 3 days later that forced me to relocate. I literally paid $64 for 2 workouts. I did not ask for the money back but only to be let out of my contract. I was denied by the manager, Linda, who was very rude, and the owner, Julie, who told me there was nothing she could do because "unfortunately we are under contract." She then hung up on me. They market themselves as a customer friendly "family owned business" but certainly act otherwise. Avoid this place.

I'm not a germaphobe by any means. I mean, anyone who goes to a gym expects it to be sweaty and a bit stinky. There's nothing wrong with that. But this place has a huge problem with cleanliness. The bathrooms are cleaned at best once a day at the end of the night. I have never seen a worker wipe any of the equipment down. Not once but twice a toilet overflowed and instead of immediately cleaning it, the person working called the owner to ask what to do, which meant by the time it got around to being cleaned, it had pretty much covered half the floor. And when the worker did clean it, they just mopped it up without using any bleach or cleanser.



If you can get past the cleanliness issue, good luck finding equipment that works. Yeah the free weights are fine but the stuff that has moving parts, that's not so fine. Every single time I've been there I can say that at least 20% of the equipment has some kind of problem. That's the most frustrating.



I dunno. I just think you can find better than this place.
