I have been a customer of Hancock Plumbing for as long as I’ve been in Florida, 1987. The only time I’ve ever been disappointed was when I went with someone else. Hot water replacement was same day, AO Smith, never had heard of them (American company). Initially had some concerns about the heater and how to set the temp that I wanted. Phil was right there the next day to help me. Electric bill has gone down with this heater. I will never call anyone else for plumbing problems.

This is a wonderful family owned plumbing company with a great reputation for honest and affordable plumbing services.

These guys are great. They communicated regarding when they would come, showed up when they said they would, did a quality job quickly for a really good price. I will use them again!
