Not 5 Stars by any means!!! Honest misunderstanding between my husband & owner over rental date of party bus. When 5 stars was not there on the Saturday night my husband thought he booked; the owner assured my husband they would make it work and figure out the difference later; since he had already prepaid for 7 rental hours. The next day we contacted the owner to discuss a refund for the time difference since we were only able to utilize it 4 of the 7 hours because of the day mix up. I was applauded when the owner wanted to split the difference in time with us, instead of simply refunding us the 3 unused hours. The party bus was sitting empty that night, unused which gave him a chance to make money not only for Saturday night but also for the next day since we didn’t use it. To keep someone’s money for services unperformed is just not how you do business!!! Our entire party of 16 people had to find their own transportation to dinner. When the bus finally picked us up at the dinner spot there were no balloons, no red carpet for my 40th birthday, their TV's did not work so we could not watch the DVD my husband made for me, there was no cord to play our music from the iPod, and the party bus was leaking serious gas fumes (which I am pretty sure is a health hazard)!!! We were actually willing to overlook all of that and just wanted a rightful credit for the time unused but they apparently are greedy and all about the money! The owner actually had the audacity to tell me it wasn’t his fault we didn’t use it for longer hours because my party was too intoxicated & being kicked out of bars. Completely untrue I was completely sober!!! Very pathetic they try to get over on people by playing the intoxicated card. He felt VERY stupid when I told him a had a toddler & a newborn I am still nursing so the time frame was always not past 12am for the sake of their caregivers and my newborns nursing schedule! Should have used a black car service from dinner to local bars & home and saved myself the headache of gas fumes & money due to their unprofessionalism & lack of quality!!!

My mom's best friend decided to rent us a limo for my sisters Bachelorette Party! We had decided to go out to the Hard Rock Hotel in Tampa for some gambling. Carlos was our driver and had no problem taking us from Deltona all the way to Tampa. He was absolutely fantastic. Any time we needed to use the restroom he stopped at the nearest rest stop for us. He showed up at my sisters house early so that we could add some decorations inside the limo for her Bachelorette Party. The limo was very clean and beautiful. We had a blast and would definitely use 5 star limousine service again in the future!!
