I was in the Sanford, FL store on Saturday May 12th along with what seemed to be a thousand other last minute Mother's day shoppers and could not have been happier with my shopping experience. Upon entering the Accessories department a beautiful young lady approached me with the name tag Brandie. This young lady was so very sweet, helpful & knowledgeable that I just had to write a review in regards to my experience. Having been a shopper in this store for many many years now, I have to say that this day stands out as by far one the the most pleasant shopping experiences I have ever had. I came into the store a little overwhelmed by the last minute hustle bustle and left the store feeling like a ray of sunshine had come over me. I really must commend Miss "Brandie" on her all around professional customer care & service. I will be certain to tell all my friends and family to look for her when shopping in your store. Thank you Macy's for having such a wonderful employee.
