Provided by YPmobilewas so happy when I got the call to work at D&D. I have been a fan since the Time To Make The Donuts commercials. Let me say before my review that I love all of the employees here they try their best. First thing I noticed is that behind the soft serve ice cream machines there is stuck on hardened ice cream that looks to be years old, several sinks need repair, there are lots of roaches that crawl on donuts, mold around sink knobs in prep areas. Sprinkles, donut bits under donut rack that have been there for a very long time, base boards in the kitchen that are horrific. The employees are not taught basic sanitation procedures. I could go on and on for days. Managers get changed from store to store so the store seems to be in a constant chaos. Customers are treated in a hurried and sometime rude way do to lack of training and lack of staff being scheduled. Not uncomon to have 2 people running the entire store after noon.
To me this is horrible for customers and staff. As a staff member you want to make sure your customer gets their order correct and that they had a pleasant experience. You can not as an under staffed store do this. You are just glad to get that customer out of the way to get to the Next and then the next. For D&D I'm sure they think this saves $ but in long run unhappy customers won't return. Would love to see a better work environment provided for employees. So that in turn the store will get cleaned and the customers will get the service they deserve. I'm being honest here and not vindictive. I would like to see this group of employees and customers take care of properly. I am very disillusioned with D&D

Provided by YP.comNot only have they overcharged me SEVERAL times, but I have gotten the Coffee coolata several times with a horrible taste <which they had to refund>. The taste almost feels like it is burning my mouth! The last time it happened, the girl behind the counter said.. "Oh yeah.. that means they didn't clean it out." How is this ok?! One time I was there and I ordered several items... when we got to the window, I asked for a reciept... they didn't have one and had to input it inot the computer... really??? So what were they charging me.. just something in their head?? And I agree.. the manager is not friendly and she seems bothered when she would have to refund the money. The last time we went we were over-charged again and this time there was a male manager.. who seemed accomodating, but we never went back. we are done with this location completely.
