Absolutely amazing place. Was our first time there. Rustic charm... not run down like I had read about. To update it would ruin it. In fact they should put some old board siding on the outside. Staff was friendly and our server was great she kept coming to the table checking on us. The food was melt in your mouth out of this world. We ordered two appetizers fried green tomatoes and fried mushrooms. What came back was HUGE portions. And the steaks... they deserve a full Oh My God... not omg. My husband got the prime rib...their specialty... and I ordered the New York strip. I ordered it rare and for the first time in my life...got it perfect. The tiniest layer of brown and the rest of it good solid moo when you poke it rare meat. We both got the blackened seasoning on our meat and that is how I would suggest for anyone to get it. Desert was a once again huge slice of cheesecake with strawberries. Some will say it is pricey there but for the quality of the food it is more than worth it. We have been to other steakhouse and dropped more in them for food that would never come close to this place. I wish I could give it more stars.

This place rocks my world, and there's no other way to put it. The best food ever!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Colorado's Since I moved to Sanford in 1998. On a monthly basis. ( weekly when I can )



In all these years I have never had a bad experience.

I have entertained both clients and friends with nothing but great results. Every person I have taken there has gained

them a new customer.



First of all this is not some National " Chain Resturaunt " So Some people think it is a little expensive.

But if you want Quality This is the place to be. The portions are large and the food is excellant.

And trust me ... I am In the Food Service Industry.. You Get What you Pay For



I personally enjoy the New York Strip Blackened. My Girlfriend raves about the Prime Rib.



I have tried other steak houses in the area. But Colorado's Is by far the Best. In Service and Quality

Food is always good....Service is good most of the time...sometimes they can be a bit slow...but the food is worth the wait....they want there customers to be happy, It is a local favorite of mine.rjbostock@aol.com
