We have new A/C PROS! We will never call anyone but Barnes! I have Med. issues and Barnes was here and repaired the A/C within hours of hurricane Irma. We are grateful for Barnes unbeatable service

I have all positive feedback for this company. They were competitively priced, quit to come out and give an estimate to get us AC back as quickly as possible and extremely good with communication. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I could possibly need as far as warranties and any follow up that needed to be handled. Would highly recommend!

We have had them service our A/C for a few years now. They are always on time, and always do a good job. Finally, it was time to replace our unit.

We contacted Barnes and 2 others for quotes. Barnes was just a little bit more, HOWEVER , BARNES WAS THE ONLY COMPANY WITH AN HONEST QUOTE ! Barnes quoted on the size that we previously had installed, the other companies quoted on smaller units.

Installed a brand new A/C unit yesterday and we couldn't be happier with the service. They were willing to install our unit during rainy weather because they knew our refrigerant in the old system would soon run out and we had company visiting this weekend. The install was done to absolute perfection and we were very impressed with the quality of work.

I used a competing company whom I have used many times in the past and have always treated me fairly and justly. As the reputable company was installing a new unit for my family, an employee of Barnes was driving by and threatening the company I was using. I had never even heard of Barnes, however, they continued all day to intimidate the compnay installing my unit. This type of business is bush league and is despicable, thank goodness Tim Benjamin Air was respectful enough not to retaliate. DO NOT USE BARNES AC!!!!!!!

Excellent company. Always on time and professional. Had to have a new air unit put in and the owner even called and explained the situation and my options. Very willing to work with my financial situation too. I have used them for years and they have always been great.

I live in NC, and my elderly mother-in-law's heat failed during a very cold snap in Sanford, Fl. Barnes called me and explained the problem in detail and took care of the problem. They were most helpful and it was nice to do business with "real" people who care- hard to find these days!
