From start to finish, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I found the vehicle online and was promptly connected with a sales associate, Carlos. Carlos went above and beyond to answer my questions, check on the vehicle I was interested in, send additional photos and a video, and provide me with a clear, transparent “out-the-door” price. I drove down from Jacksonville the very next day, with Carlos’ promise that the car was exactly what I was looking for. I was early for my appointment and Carlos already had everything ready to go! He took the time to ensure I had a lengthy test drive, answer my questions, and made sure my needs were being met. His efforts led to an easy and straightforward financing process and eliminated any wasted time. This dealerships prices are fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or lengthy and stressful negotiations. This is the way car buying should be! To top it all off, Carlos arranged to help our family out by personally delivering our car to Jacksonville! Carlos and his colleague Mark were awesome to deal with and I would recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking for a fantastic car buying experience!

Do not go there for service if you bought your Audi at another Audi Dealer!! George Legler was very rude and unaccommodating! There was an issue with my warranty because I bought my A-7 at Audi in Melbourne. He would not help figure out the issue even after Melbourne Audi said I was covered! I'm super aggravated with the lack of customer service!!

Manny, my sales advisor was very helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and provides exceptional customer services. He answered all inquiries and was very persistent along with being clear during the whole buying experience. Purchasing a new vehicle was quick and smooth. The overall purchasing experience was exceptionally the best. If you were purchasing a vehicle, I would highly recommend Audi of North Orlando with Manny as your sales advisor. No hassles, but simple and is catered to customer satisfaction. Great staff with noticeable teamwork!

Called Audi (which uses an answering service in another city) talked with Dianna @ ext 1265 informed her I was interested in a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee they had. I also informed her that I would be leaving work early to come see it because their dealership was over an hour from me. Called Dianna when I left my office got no answer so I left her a message that I was starting the 1 hr 20 min drive (and $8.00 each way in tolls) and would see them shortly to look at the vehicle. Once I arrived at the dealership I found out they sold that the vehicle already!! Not telling on the phone kinda defeats the purpose of calling and saying do you still have the jeep and her saying yep sure do call me when you head this way and I will have it ready for you. Hey I get it things happen stuff slips threw cracks but what really gets me is the attitude and the fact that Dianna hung up on me when I called her to express my frustration over the situation!! Had she treated me better after the fact I wouldn't be writing this review!!!



ZERO CHANCE I WOULD DEAL WITH A DEALERSHIP THAT HANGS UP ON CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISSTAKE!!!

I could have bought it at Miami were my daughter buy her Audi q7 or else were., but I elected Audi North Orlando, because of Mrs. Barbara Winer make for me the great differences and all the other associates from Audi of North Orlando My thanks to : Audi Brand Specialist Barbara Winer Dinos Constantine , General Manager Chris Beard ,Parts Manager and the Front Desk Lady. 2nd car I bought from Holler, great experience, so different from being treated like trash at other Orlando dealerships.

My second purchase from the Holler family and I couldn't have asked for better service. Gerald, my salesman, was very helpful. personable and not at all pushy. After shopping around I found the 'best price' guarantee was right on. I received a great deal on a used vehicle including a very fair offer for my trade in. They beat carmax by a mile. The best part of the process happened when I had problems with the vehicle a few days after purchase. They fixed everything, even gave me a loaner car, and treated me like I had just purchased a brand new Audi. Beth in service was helpful, friendly and excellent with communication. I highly recommend doing business with classic audi.
