I cannot be more pleased with the service and knowledge of the staff! I went in needing a whole new manifold system and was given outstanding service! Even though it was very busy, they took the time to ensure I had what I needed. Several options were explained to me and then I was even shown how to assemble the new parts. I worked with Bridgette and could not be happier! She was even honest and told me that I might be able to get a certain part a little cheaper at the local hardware store. I walked out having spent a couple hundred dollars for what I needed, but there was no doubt in my mind that Bridgette set me up with what I needed and they are high quality components. They've made a loyal customer out of me!

Fast forward a few days later to when I had to take one of the valves back. Everything was working beautifully, except for this one valve that refused to close once opened. I took it in, expecting to exchange it for a new one. The employee at the counter took the time to take it apart and he discovered that gravel had made its way in and kept the valve from working properly. This was my fault. He cleaned it out and inspected the diaphragm. He said that the gravel had ruined it. He pulled a new diaphragm from the shelf, installed it, then sent me on my way without charging me a dime! The valve is now working perfectly.

These folks know customer service. They take the time to listen to your questions, then answer them with the right answers. Even when I inadvertently caused the valve to malfunction, they fixed it on the spot and didn't even charge me for the new part that was needed.

Give these guys a try! You won't find their knowledge and quality parts at the local hardware store!
