Bought my Fiance' the queen for a day spa package. Gave specific instruction to take care of her no matter matter what and I would take care of the overages when I came to pick her up. Arrived in the lobby, the front desk people were really nice, thought that this is going to be a really good day for her. We were then handed off to another lady and she said good morning and disappeared. Apparently my fiance' was supposed to read her mind and follow her. I didn't catch it either and we both stood there looking at each other like...were we supposed to follow her???

Anyway I left my fiance' there nervously and ran my errands and came back later. She told me the facial, manicure, and pedicure were all done by the same lady and she was fantastic. The massage was amazing. The whole experience was absolutely ruined when she went to the salon. She was supposed to be taken care of and instead was belittled by some hair stylist and I say that loosely with short blonde hair. This woman criticized her many times for the current shade of her hair color and refused to do what she asked her to do despite my instructions and guarantees by the staff that she would be well taken care of. She would up only styling her hair and nothing else when my fiance asked her to cut, color, and style it. Her response was I cant do that, its not part of the package. Apparently she acted like she didn't want to cut hair at all that day, Just hang out and talk to the other stylist there in the shop. Bottom line....Massage...GREAT. Mani and Pedi...GREAT. Hair....don't even bother!!!
