HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly NOT Recommended:

My husband and I got my wedding ring around April, the ring was perfect! We got married in June and my stone (Opal) was very loose, in November my stone got lost. It had fallen out because it was so loose. So, my husband and I took back my ring to get the stone replaced and it was no cost to us since we had gotten the lifetime plan on the ring anyway. We went into the Morgan Jewelers in the South Towne Mall on a Sunday and the gentleman that had helped me had said the Jeweler would be able to have it fixed and I would be able to pick it up on the next Friday. I went in on the following Monday and they had said that my ring was sent back to the Manufacturer since their Jeweler was unable to fix it and that it would take a couple of weeks but didn't know how long. They said they would call me the next day in the morning, when I had asked why the first gentleman did not tell me it would take so long and why he had told me they would be able to fix it, they said he had only been there for a month in a half and doesn't know all of the info for rings to be fixed. Later the next day in the Afternoon the lady had called me and had said their Jeweler was able to have it fixed after all and that they were going to get it fixed and ready by that

Friday. Saturday I go in and pick up my ring, well, the stone was still very loose. They had fixed it on the spot and one of the gentleman asked how everything was, when I had told him my experience he asked me what I wanted them to do about it because the owner of the store was there, I asked him what they could do and he grabbed the owner and he asked my experience so I told him, he looked at me and asked what he wanted me to do about it, the jeweler then came out after fixing my ring, the owner had taken a look at it and said "it looks really good," I had told him that it does but the experience could have been so much better and Im an upset customer, again his response: "so what do you want me to do about it". HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE at showing compassion from their level of customer service. Highly NOT Recommended.
