Jack is terrific! My 33 year old Pfaff had seized up and wasn't sure if it was worth getting it fixed. I dropped it off on a Friday and he called me Monday afternoon to inform me that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Now is sews like a dream again. I would highly recommend him.

Jack is the best! Not only does he do a superior job repairing sewing machines, Jack has a heart of gold! I was in the middle of a project that I needed to finish in order to ship for Christmas gift, when my sewing machine went out. Jack bent over backwards to help me out of my predicament and I was able to get my package sent in a timely manner. The world certainly needs more people like Jack and I am so thrilled that I found him.

I looked online for a sewing machine repair shop. After reading the reviews for Jack's, I contacted him immediately. He completely lives up to every review on here. He is kind, friendly, personable, and amazing at repairing sewing machines. I thought my machine was hopeless. He had it running like new in less time than he quoted me. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Jack is still in business. I was not happy with the last place I took my sewing machine, and found him Online. He was faster and less expensive than another business I looked at. My machine works perfectly. I will use him again.

You can't find a more honest repair man for your sewing machine. Jack did an amazing job on my machine and fixed it so it will be around for generations! He is sweet, fair priced, and went the second mile to fix another "oops" on our behalf. After a successful career, he went to school to learn how to repair sewing machines during his "retirement". He loves his job and his work is a reflection of that. I won't go anywhere else!!!

I took 2 machiens to Jack. Both were in need of cleaning and some repair. Not only did he clean them but he polished them up as well. I was very that I found him. He is very honest and consistant with his work. I would recommend him to anyone.

I received an early '60s Singer Slant-O-Matic 500 sewing machine from my grandmother which had been in storage for who knows how long. The machine was locked up, and although I could hear the motor working, none of the gears were turning.



I found Jack's Sewing Machine Repair Shop online, and after reading the reviews I felt confident that if the sewing machine could be fixed, Jack was the man to take it to. I called and arranged to drop it off on a Saturday and by Wednesday Jack called with the wonderful news that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. I found my bill to be very resonable, and I'm thrilled to report that the machine is working just as good as my new Singer that was purchased just last year.



I would highly recommend Jack to anyone, and I'll be using him again in the future for any servicing or repairs my machines may need.

Jack did such a great job. After he fixed my machine for a reasonable price I was having trouble and he was even willing to come and look at the machine again at my house. It turned out to be my problem I had the bobbin threaded wrong. If I ever need sewing repair agin I would go to Jack's. Excellent quick service!

Jack Brown does an AMAZING job with any type of sewing machine. I brought in an older model Baby Lock Rex serger that wasn't working properly and within a few days he had it up and running! With just a service and a small part that need to be replaced I had my serger back within 4 days! This particular serger is a beast to work on, but he did a GREAT job and would reccommend him to ANYONE!!!!! Super nice guy and he definately knows a lot about sewing machines!!!! Thanks Jack!

Fair price. Excellent work. Home based business near Alta View Hospital. I was thinking toss the sewing machine and buy a new one. Good as new.

After taking my sewing machine into Jack to repair it now sews better than it did when it was new. I would give him 10 stars if posible. I have now taken 2 machines to him and each were done timely and they both run perfectly. I highly recommend Jack's reapir service.
