I just want to say How happy I am with Giant carpet 1. They had just the carpeting my wife and I were looking for at the right price. It was delivered and installed as promised. I was treated respectfully and professionally by everyone at the store as well as the installers. Thank You GC1

Avoid this company. Do not deal with them, do not trust them. How I wish I had read the reviews about this company before ever having any dealings with them. My experience was that they have no desire to serve their customers. They sold me a wood flooring showing me a sample that I liked. When they installed the product many of the boards had scratches and discolored areas not found on the sample at all. Any honorable company would have replaced the damaged boards that did not at all match the sample. No, they will only replace them if I pay to have them replaced. The installer was the only one with any integrity who agreed to come and replace one of the worst boards out of the goodness of his heart. Carpet Giant -- never in my nearly 40 years of experience remodeling homes where I have lived have I ever felt a responsibility to warn people against a supplier or company. This is my first review of a company and I write it because I don't want anyone else to have to experience what I have experienced. To spend $10,000 for a wood floor that I expected to match the large sample and then to find it is very different. Friends who see it point and say, "Oh, dear what happened to that piece, and that one and that one?" Carpet Giant has the audacity to say they will fix the defective boards only if I pay them more money. They do not deserve even one star, but the reviewer is required to put something.
