have been with State Farm for over 20 years and never had a problem until something happened with our agent and we got switched over to Collen. Regardless to say ever since we have had her as an agent we've had nothing but problems can't get accurate quotes nothing but problems. The last thing that top it off is we set up auto pay and we requested for it to come out of savings and even confirmed with Collen that this is set up right and just found out they took it out of checking which was insufficient funds. When I called there office they said sorry we will fix it and then got a call saying we will have to redo the hole auto pay. I'm done it's time to change agents when they can't be trusted anymore and there costing me money.
