Christian Craig did a great job with our first service today. He was thorough, explained things fully and took time to point out problem spots and corrective actions to us. He was personable and professional. Pest control is a necessary evil for homeowners but so far I've been more comfortable with Alterra than with services we've used in the past.

Full disclosure. As stated above this was our first service so this isn't a rating of the effectiveness of the treatments or how the company deals with issues.

Chris M. came to my house and was very friendly, he took time to talk to me about the service, and went out of his way when I asked him if he could spray inside my garage as well as outside my home.

I just had StephanWatson come and do my service. To be honest I was thinking of canceling as my last service was awful. Stephan took the time to go through all the details. He asked questions to identify what needed to be done. He was the best service professional I have ever encountered. I will continue to use alterra and know that they are improving there staff. Kyle Claiborne serviced our home today and did a fantastic job! He took extra care around our garden/fruit trees and doubled down on our shed and kids treehouse so we don't have bugs/spiders this fall. Thanks for going the extra mile Kyle!



Robert did a very nice job today on our house! We love his knowledge and patience in attending to our needs. Some techs just run around the house doing a quick spray, but Robert takes his job seriously and gives the time and attention clients need. We plan to request him every time - thanks Alterra for keeping us spider, wasp, and bug free!

Service technician called ahead and was on time as he indicated. He notified us of special problem areas and what he recommended to solve the problem.

Stephan Watson did a great job. He helped us understand everything. He really knows what he is doing.

Have a contract, Mark H. gave excellent spring service. Discussed perimeter and house edge, specific mud wasp nests, avoidance of vegetables, and nature of the chemical applied. He followed through in every respect and provided clear information.

Nate was awesome, super friendly and professional. This is his second visit to my house. I have not seen a spider in my house for weeks. I only recently had Alterra come back to do the outside of my house because I have been seeing a few around. I'm sure its because I have a big field behind my house. So glad I have Alterra!

Gabriel T. did a fantastic job taking care of our home and even offered to pick up all my glue boards with spiders on them since I hate spiders!!! I have not seen a spider since he did the first treatment so fingers crossed. Very professional and friendly service!

Sean did a fantastic job. We had our first appointment and he was on time and very polite. The bugs disappeared pretty quick and are just coming back We can't wait for our next appointment. It's really nice having safe products used to treat for pests.

Gabriel T did a great job inside and outside our home. He was patient while treating the inside with my kiddos running around. After he was done, he went over all that was completed. He assured me that everything was safe for my little ones. He was on time and I very much appreciated that as well.

Brady B arrived on time, introduced himself and explained today's service goals. He was professional and thorough. This was just our second treatment (first regular quarterly) and we had already noticed a huge decrease in spiders, wasps, and hornets outside our home.
