When we decided to have our beloved Ruby cremated , we called All Paws. Yes we received a recorded message. BUT got a return call a few hours later. Our precious family member was received with great care and love. I was very distraught and needed a few more minutes with her and was treated with upmost respect and given all the extra time I needed to say my final farewell. We were told it would take 10 to 13 days and we picked up our little Roos ashes 13 days later. They gifted us a beautiful candle , a Certificate and Letter of Sympathy as well as a frame-able poem of the Rainbow Bridge. I was worried when I came home and read bad reviews but when we returned, my fears were quickly lifted. Even as I picked up my Little Roo, tears streaming down my face , they gave me soft words and sympathy.. I feel my precious family furbaby was well taken care of with all of the love and respect I was given as well.

A Great Company of people that care by David

we arrived home to find that our beloved dog of 13 years had passed away, So I called All-Paws. They stated they were open until 4:00 pm and it was around 3:00 so we had plenty of time to drive there before they closed. What we didn’t realize was there had been a semi roll over on I-15 and the freeway was totally shut down. I called to let them know that I would try to get there before 4:00, and they told me” Don’t worry about it will wait for you”, and they did. Chris the owner took his time, not rushing us at all, in explaining about all the wonderful options they offered to memorialize our beloved pet. They then carefully and reverently lifted her out of our vehicle and placed her on a table, tagging her with a special number so there would be no mistakes. The love and respect they showed us and our dearly departed pet, in my opinion, was way beyond the call of duty, and when our other dog passes away I will be taking him to All-Paws to receive the same respect.

Horrible Experience

We called All Paws (Several time before they picked up the phone) and we were told that we had to go back to our vet and they would not provide the cremation service directly to us. When we forced the issue, they finally took our pet. It was not a great experience when we got there. I recently went with a friend to bring their pet to Family Animal Services of Utah and I could not believe the difference in the level of service. I should have done more research prior to using All Paws.....never again.

The Best in Town

This is the best experience I have ever had and the people at All Paws are very helpful and sincere about waht they do. They truly care about their clients and your feelings at this difficult time in your life. I have had Family Animal and Pet Reflections cremate one of my animals and it was a aweful experience. All Paws staff truly cares.
