great bank!

I had a wonderful experience with Joseph Wong on 12-24-2019 when, I went to open up a checking/savings account. He was very professional. polite, down to earth, and assertive. I had a lot of questions, and he didn't hesitate to answer all of them with a smile. I'm big on customer service, and he have superb customer service skills. I also applied for a cash back rewards credit card which had tons of benefits that come with it. Mr. Wong made sure that, I picked that right one that was the best fit for me. He took his time showing me all of the credit cards, and what benefits they come with. This location was very quiet, and laid back which was a good thing. I know that, I'm going to enjoy banking with a bank that care about their customers needs. Thanks a million for making me feel like, I had a bank to call home. :)
