My whole experience from beginning to end was extremely disappointing at best. I waited over 10 minutes passed my appt time, then was greeted with a "ok come on back" not even a 'hello' or thanks for waiting! My stylist had no desire to listen to what I really wanted to do with my hair, she basically just took over and did whatever she wanted to my hair. The ONLY thing she wanted to talk about was other people with the other stylists in there! So, I sat in the chair listening (without choice) to my girl talk to two other women- one of them being a nosey, gossiping nail tech! And there was a old hair stylist in there who had a wrinkled up prune face who stood there looking over at you with her glasses hanging down her nose and her eyes up at you, with a creepy stare! Yet said nothing! Very awkward & uneasy feeling at this dusty place! So, if you're looking for a place that LOVES to gossip about other innocent people behind their backs and who cares less about your time and hair wishes than this is the place for you! I left saying to myself "never again will I step foot into this horrible so called salon!" My hair was not a cute cut nor was it styled well!

I went here a few months ago and my experience was so bad I'm compelled to write about it. I dont know if my stylist was just having an 'off' day, but she was far more interested in another stylists conversation than anything to do with me (the whole time), conversation was very forced and awkward, and when we were talking about what to do I was throwing around a couple ideas and she didn't give a single piece of advice or ideas. We ended up doing something quick and boring because I just wanted to get out, and although my hair looked much better, I was a little miffed she didn't even ask if I wanted straight or curly or talk about the products she used or even try to sell me any product! I don't remember her name but Gretta is really nice and talented if you can get an appointment with her.
