Dr. ONeill was our dog's vet and treated him kindly and professionally. When we had to put him down, he and Donna treated us gently and apologized for our loss over and over. He has a heart and is great at what he does. Whether treating him, giving vaccinations, or cutting his nails, his care of our family dog was always good.

My sister brought her cat to this place, and left in tears, not from a diagnosis (becuse Dr O'neill refused to give one) but because of how obnoxiously rude this man was to her. Basically, my sister's cat was less than thrilled to go to the vet - and we believed the cat might have a kindey infection - very serious if not taken care of.



When my cat hissed at the Dr. he just said, "Sorry, I don't put up with this type of crap anymore! I'm too old to deal with this!" And refused to even look at the cat.



So, you think a GOOD doctor has methods for handling animals that don't want to be there, right? Well, Not this guy. He had NO WAY of getting the cat to the table to even look at it, and pretty much just stormed out of the room, leaving my sister there, in shick, with tears i her eyes.



ANYBODY who cares about their animal WOULD NEVER EVER TAKE THEM TO THIS GUY! Please, learn from my sisters' mistake. :(
