I BOOK RESERVATION ON LINE WITH EXPEDIA.COM & RESERVATIONS GOT ALL SCREWED UP.CALLED MOTEL & TALKED WITH BRANDY & SHE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND HER DUTY TO HELP ME STRAIGHTEN OUT & BOOK THE RESERVATION FOR ME.

MY DAUGHTERWAS ON HER WAY & DIDN'T HAVE A ROOM UNTIL BRANDY HELPED ME BOOK THE ROOM. ITS NICE TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE STILL PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT TAKE PRIDE IN THIER WORK & GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP A COSTUMER. JUST WANT YOU KNOW THAT YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE THAT MADE A DIFFRENCE TO ME.

OUR STAY WAS REALLY REALLY BAD THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE PUT IN SMELLED HAD BLACK MOLD IN BATHROOM...THEY MOVED US TO ANOTHER ROOM HAD TO GO GET TOIELT PAPER FOR THAT ROOM WINDOW DID NOT LOCK AND OUR ROOM WAS ON THE GROUND FLOOR..NO I'M SORRY FROM STAFF EXCEPT FOR 1 STAFF MEMBER EVERY ONE WAS RUDE. I DONT EXPECT A LOT FROM A CHEAP ROOM ..BUT BLACK MOLD IN THE ROOM IS UNEXCEPTABLE..THERE WERE ALSO BLACK SMEARS ON THE WALLS IN OUR FIRST ROOM AND A BIG DEAD BUG ABOVE THE DOOR...THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED

We had problems getting the two correct rooms we had reserved despite having reservation confirmation numbers. We then had to change one of the rooms because there was no knob on the shower, a chair that was wet and molding, burn marks on the walls, a remote that t.v. that did not work properly and the room smelled terrible. In both of the rooms there were stains on the towels, sheets, and walls. There were bugs and spider webs throughout the rooms and hallways. The bathrooms floors were slippery even when dry. The staff was rude and unprofessional, talking about drug use, and using profanity with friends that had stopped in and were rude when we complained about the condition of the room and when they couldn't find our reservation. We would never stay there again and were very grossed out. The continental breakfast they advertise consisted of only coffee and mini buns. The rooms were cheap however at any price one should be able to expect cleanliness and staff professionalism.
