My wife and I traveled in our pickup and fifth wheel trailer from Oregon to Oklahoma for the birth of our granddaughter. While in Sand Springs Oklahoma , I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in my pickup on 2/25/15. Law enforcement on scene recommended I take the truck to Sullivan auto body there in Sand Springs just across from the accident. I have been very aware of costs and made every attempt to midigate the loss and be mindful of costs to be incurred both by myself and by the insurance company. The estimate from Sullivan auto body stated the repair would take 21 days. My family and I made plans around this time frame, rented a car for part of the time and arranged rides. Our fifth wheel trailer was/is parked at an RV park incurring weekly charges. Twenty one days came and went and my truck wasn't fixed. I made numerous attempts of contacting the shop by phone and had little success in getting contact. I had to then make several trips to the shop to try to find out what the hold up was. There has been a variety of reasons including parts out of stock, wrong parts received, couldn't do body work until parts received, etc. Our insurance company wrote a check on 2/27/15 that was cashed on 2/29/15. I had never seen this check, yet it required my signature for cashing, so my agent was able to get me a copy of the signatures and my signature was forged. This shop cashed the insurance check with a forged signature long before even starting work on my vehicle. My truck sat for 3 weeks without being moved. I am retired, but require specialty doctor care in Oregon that I have missed due to my truck not being fixed for almost 4 months. I have missed several iron infusions and have put off establishing care in Oklahoma due to out of network charges that would be incurred and the fact that the shop was constantly telling me just a few more days to a week. My wife had to return to Oregon for work and we had to pay for an unexpected flight to get her home then have someone travel 2 hours to get her from the airport in Oregon and deliver her home. Now I have missed Mothers Day with my wife, her birthday and our 42nd wedding anniversary because I am still waiting for the correct repairs on my truck. I am sleeping every night in a recliner since there is no extra bed at my daughters small home. I am paying weekly for RV storage since I have no way and no place to move my fifth wheel. I cannot stay in the fifth wheel because I have no transportation. To save money I have unhooked the trailer from water and electric in the park. My truck was released to me on 06/05/15 and upon inspection at my daughters home I found the axle that they had waited all this time for was rusted out and bent. The insurance adjuster came out and inspected and deemed the truck undrivable. The towing company came out and hauled the truck to a front end shop. Today is 6/15/15 and my truck is still not fixed. Once my truck is fixed correctly, my brother has agreed to take time off work to drive with me back to Oregon since I am not medically in the position to drive that far, hauling a fifth wheel by myself. I will be paying for all food and expenses including his flight back home to Oklahoma.

I have been extremely disappointed and dissatisfied by my experience with Sullivan's auto body. The level that my family has been inconvenienced cannot be measured by this letter as this is just a brief summary of our experience.

Car looks worse than when I dropped it off. Took 17 weeks to get my car back just to be dissatisfied. They damaged things that were not damaged when I dropped it off(sunroof and door panel ) and they (Derrick) rdfuse to fix it.

The first time I dealt with Sullivan's after a car (8pt.buck)collision was 3 years ago. I mainly dealt with Derek and was completely and above satisfied with the quality and timing of my repairs!! Now, more than 3 years later on my Nissan 350Z that I was run off the road with that left alot of front end damage, passenger mirror and flat tire, the first body shop that popped into my mind was Sullivan's!! And that's where my car is headed today. I would recommend this auto body repair shops to anyone that asks and I have already. Keep up the great work guys!!
