I made a appointment yesterday for 3 pm and when I showed up they didn't have me on the schedule I've had several other issues here starting when I orderd new tires they were supposed to be there on a Saturday but when I got there they sent them back to the warehouse so I had to wait hours for them to get them back next issue was I had a service done they charge me for a hour of labor I timed them it took only 26 minutes but still was charged for a hour next issue was I got a oil change and tire rotation they put in my ticket that they rotated my tires but didn't I had marked them before and they were still in same position next issue I got a new compressor for my ac it's gone out 3 times since they replaced each time was less than a year I believe it was the owner/ Manager that took my call he has such a smartass attitude on the phone I would not recommend going to this place signed former customer

I took my 2016 ram in to get a brake job. I already had the rotors and the brake pads. When I got in there, they said I needed a caliper and wheel seals. I said OK. Even volunteered to go pick them up. Well when I got the bill they had charged me 219 dollars for a caliper from Napa, that was only 106. and 76 dollars each for wheel seals that were only 32.00 each. Now these shops get a discount from these auto parts stores so this is definite price gouging. I could have even swallowed this with a 10 percent mark up on retail but not over 100 percent. especially when I know the parts stores deliver to them, all they had to do was pick up the phone. That to me, is very poor business. Oh and a 2 hour job from the books took 4 hours and they charged me 4 hours labor after quoting 2 hours labor. so a job I expected to be around 500 cost me 759.00 With that being said, I will never go there again.

This place is just a overrated tire shop!
Do not let them work on anything.
They WILL NOT stand behind there work.
I would recommend Accurate Autobody & Glass.

SDAR stands by their work and I have never had a problem. Competitive prices and quality work. Would highly recommend them.

Avoid this business at all cost!! I took my truck in for an alignment and the technician ran a red light while test driving it before working on it. After waiting for an hour I was told they had a hard time getting the camber adjustments loose. Just before closing, they finished it, test drove it, and said it was good to go. As soon as I drove it, I knew something was wrong. When turning the wheel and backing up there was a loud pop in the front end that had never been there. Took it back the next day, the camber bolt was still loose and the entire a arm was moving on the front end! They admitted it was their fault and would have to realign it. After the second alignment the store manager, Randy, told me something was wrong with the camber bolt (the same bolt they spent an hour trying to loosen, but they didn’t do anything to mess up the bolt) and they weren’t able to get it as tight as it should be. He said they put an impact on it and got it as tight as any person ever could, but I would run into the same issue with the bolt being loose and the a arm moving soon. They tried to sell me a new $89 camber adjustment kit + $62 labor + another $70 alignment.
I went home and was able to tighten the camber adjustment bolts using a ratchet on one side and a wrench on the other (so much for them using an impact and getting them “as tight as anyone ever could”!!). The camber bolts were extremely loose still!
The next day, I drove the truck to work and it didn’t feel like it was in alignment at all after their second alignment. I took it to ACME in Tulsa and they put it on their alignment machine, and guess what, it was nowhere close to being in alignment and nothing was wrong with the bolts! Now I am out $70 I wasted on their incompetence and the cost of another alignment.
If you feel like wasting your money and risking parts falling off your vehicle driving down the road since they cannot adequately tighten a bolt, by all means do business with Same Day Auto in Sand Springs
