Visited last evening. Went into the store to order and was the first in line. Placed order and was the LAST to receive order. I tend to have HORRIBLE luck with getting what I pay for at these types of establishments, BUT usually they restaurants are willing to FIX their mistakes. I drove 13 miles to the location, tried to look at what was in the sacks. Missing was 4 out of 6 ordered desserts. When I got home and started feeding my family, it appeared I wasn't going to have enough, so I counted the chicken pieces, I ordered and PAID for 16 piece meal. There were 13 pieces in the bucket (kinda hard to count them at the store). I bought 12 jalapeno peppers. ZERO in the bag. I called the store to inform them of my findings and was told NO FOOD WILL BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED WITHOUT UNEATEN FOOD AND RECEIPT being brought back to the location. First of all, all I was asking for is "to receive what I had paid for" Not a REFUND or REPLACEMENT. The message was NOT presented in a nice manner either. 2 of the pieces that we did receive were raw at the bone (had to be thrown away) and many were burnt. HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT BUT LARGE BUCKETS, UNLESS YOU WATCH and count with the person preparing your order.
