This shop is dishonest! If you are getting an oil change best to check your dipstick afterwards. They are notorious for adding just enough oil to show to "minimum" mark only on your dipstick; although your OEM owners' manual states on an oil change to add oil to "full mark." Are you having a brake job done at this shop ? Do not fall for the old line, "you have a leaking wheel cylinder." When you have a leaky brake wheel cylinder your brake pedal should feel mushy and you should be able to see brake fluid on the inside of the wheel rim and or on the brake drum, so ask to see the supposed leak before repairs are made. Is this shop installing a catalytic converter for you and charging an additional approx. $30.00 labor to install a new oxygen sensor? On most vehicles it takes less than *five minutes* to install; since it merely threads into the catalytic converter and plugs into a wiring harness. Three other shops I called were quoted ,"if you are having us install a catalytic converter there will be no extra labor charge to install an oxygen sensor..." Avoid this shop !!

Is this shop performing your oil change? You'd better check your oil dipstick afterwards; since they are known to add oil only to the *minimum* mark. Almost every OEM car owners' manual states when doing an oil change make sure to add oil to the "full mark" on your dipstick. Is this shop working on your brakes? Do not fall for the line: "you have a leaky wheel cylinder..." IF this is the case your brake pedal would of felt mushy and brake fluid should be visible on inner side of the tire rim and or on brake drum itself, so insist on them showing you the "leak." Are you having this shop install a catalytic converter and they want an additional $30.00 labor to install an oxygen sensor? FYI I called three other shops and was told: , "If we are installing your catalytic converter there will be no additional labor charge to install a new oxygen sensor. On most vehicles it takes under 5 minutes to install an oxygen sensor. Are you getting the jist of this review rating yet!?
