Home warranty Company sent Collins Appliance to repair my refrigerator and dishwasher. 2 parts had to be replaced, he kept me updated on progress and arrived for appointments as scheduled.
Great Service, professional, and punctual.

They were assigned to us through home warranty. My husband call them after we went an 36 hrs of not hearing from them. On the day they were scheduled, they didn't respond to phone calls and showed up at 8:30 pm. They said they needed parts and wanted their trade fee/copay. My husband said not until the service was done. A week later, he called & they said they'd be out on Friday (today). They called this morning & said they'd be here between 4-6. We were home. They apparently left a message with my husband & he called them back. They canceled our time since he hadn't answered the phone earlier (he was pitching with Briley then had a meeting). They said they don't come out unless someone answers the phone. (But they came out without a phone call on the initial visit.) said they wouldn't come because my husband didn't answer his "fu@&ing phone." And now, they won't come. We're have them on a "do not call" list with our warranty company. They are poor examples of a small business.

This company has terrible customer service. Late for the service window and does not communicate changes in schedule. Phone conversation was very unprofessional and confrontational when I called to see why no one ever showed up. Instead of working with the customer to fix the problem, it turned into a blame game of why they didn't show up. I would rather do without than try and work with them again!

Horrible customer service!! Yelled at me over the phone! Came to our house for a service call, said he would be right back so I waited 3 hours! Called to get an update and the man said, "Whoa, whoa! I NEVER said I was coming back!" He told me he had to order parts- that was 8May..My husband called on 20May - he said they were STILL waiting on the part. Come to find out he never ordered the part til 22May! We put in our service request 6May and here it is 24May and no phone call, no update..nothing but rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional people! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This is the one to call when you need appliance repair. He's more than willing to go out of his way to get your appliances up and running. He worked on my wall oven in the past and now fixed my refrigerator the same day I called. Willing to listen to everything it's doing so he knows right where to go! Great service!

terrible customer service, inconsiderate, rude.



was 4 hours late for our appointment window and never thought to call and provide update. when asked about it was very rude and condescending. avoid at all costs.
