We were experiencing an issue with our dishwasher and dryer. Advanced Appliance was able to come out that day, evaluate what was wrong with each appliance and offered to return later that day or the next once they had the needed parts. They took the time to explain what was wrong with each appliance and showed us the bad parts. After looking on their truck, they relativized they didn't have one of the parts but reassured us that they could have it shortly; within 30 minutes of leaving, we received a call saying that they could return and fix the appliances. In closing - timely, honest and reasonable!
