Normally I love this place, great prices and great atmosphere. However, today I came in to do laundry and I was using the machine that spins out excess water and first it ate one of my quarters and then shorted out 15 seconds after it started. This didn't bother me because I know things happen, but I complained to the attendant and he didn't even offer to refund my money back. Doing laundry is expensive and $1.00 goes a long way so I really found it to be rude that he wouldn't refund me when the machine broke down from no fault of mine. I have been going here for months and have recommended it to all my classmates in college but now not sure if I want to return.
