I had never been in this store before. But, I doubt that I will go back there shopping again!

I got the WORST customer service by an employee: Lucero. She was absolutely rude. She was not willing to help not she was proficient at keeping a good attitude towards the customer. She was very sarcastic and and I asked her for help with a perfume, she basically throw me the taster, gave me the look, and left!

Fortunately, there was a manager on duty and she was so much nicer, I ended up getting the help that I needed to buy my perfumes.

Nice place, but ungrateful employees (not all of them though) who are just there to collect a pay check and don't really care about the customer
