He will ask for money upfront and not complete the job. he is using words such us; "corporate, our business, our company, our programmers", but in fact he runs the show alone. he will only charge you thru pay pal on an account called OMNI. Please be careful and do not hire him! I paid him 9 months ago and now I am begging him to refund my money. He operates in San Diego area. Please check complains on BBB.gov as well. he is using various sites too such as Lowcostwebdesignchulavista.com or thatswebdesign.com I contacted the so call coprporate and never a reply. The 800 number goes to his phone only. Please be AWARE!!! HE IS A PHONY!
