My aunt is 65 years old and she went there to disactivate her current phone and activate a new one. The guy that helped her, Erick, didn't explain what he was going to do with her old phone so he gave her a new phone but that she would lose her pictures so she didn't like that. He said he could transfer then but there was going to be a charge of 15 dlls or so.. (Something we can absolutely do at home) and then, he said their system was down so they did not give her a receipt. She went back the next day and spoke to the manager Cesar and all she wanted was her money back, she had to pay 50+ dlls for actication fee and line fee and they only gave her half of that because they said that she already paid for a service (activation fee) and they couldnt return that money. They even called the police because they said she was being loud (a 65 yr old woman) she never said a bad word or anything. She ended up on the street by her self looking for someone to borrow a phone to call her son and 25 less and all she wanted was to get another phone because they told her the one she had was not going to work anymore due to the new 4G network. They treated her like a criminal, they were unfair and I still don't understand why they this guy Erick wasn't clear with her from the beginning! They should be more patient with the elderly.
